It works very well, sturdy and easy to set up secures bike with ease. The only fault it should have the hitch bolt that needs to be bolt on and locks with a nut. Needs a better hitch locking device. Convert my bolt with key lock.

The Advantage SportsRack FlatRack 2-Bike Stand-Up Rack (made by Heininger) is a good solution for transporting up to 2 bikes, though it has a few features that leave me wanting more.
Positives:
+ Relatively easy to assemble (though the instructions could be made easier to follow)
+ Fits two bikes as promised
+ Relatively low mounting level keeps you from having to lift the bikes too high off the ground
+ Adjustable hitch fit (2" or 1 1/4")
+ MId-range price point
Negatives:
− Unit is wobbly when going over bumps or uneven terrain (it's sturdy while travelling on smooth roads). When driving on less-than-ideal surfaces, the rack wobbles enough—side-to-side—that it makes me nervous, though this movement hasn't caused any actual problems yet (the bikes are always were I strapped them in when I arrive at my destination). The wobble issue seems to come from the folding joint in the rack (the connection at the hitch is quite secure), which makes me question how long that folding part will hold up with ongoing wear-and-tear.
− The plastic wheel straps were immediately and permanently bent after their first use, which isn't a big deal other than making me wonder why a more flexible/resilient material, such as rubber, wasn't used to make the straps.
− I had some trouble getting the straps that attach the bike to the vertical support to be tight enough due to the design. It took a lot of effort for me to tighten them to a point where the bikes weren't moving, though I expect that will get easier with practice.

Bike rack for shorter poeple
I can lift a bike but not so far overhead as most racks are. This one works for me.

Design, materials and manufacturing process result in an appropriatly strong yet lightweight product. Highly desired improvement would be to use a lashing between the bike and vertical post which could be accomplished with one hand.
