Designed and manufactured in the USA, our patented base flange with integrated safety barrier provides added protection from an incidental security breach of the primary septic riser cover. The safety barrier provides piece of mind for you and your family. This kit includes everything required except the riser pipe. Supply your own pipe from 23.5 in. - 24.5 in. inside diameter (required for assembly).

Mike- A section of pipe is required for assembly. The cover cannot attached directly to the base flange.
