Used one for finishing grout as well as finishing the plastering of a brick fireplace with grout....
Used one for finishing grout as well as finishing the plastering of a brick fireplace with grout. Worked great as long as you don't have too much water in the sponge. Also used one for washing the car. Maybe not quite as good, but OK for general surfaces, as it traps grit fairly easily.

did a tile job and used the sponges to wipe the grout from the tile. The sponges held up well. They did not fall apart and absorbed the moisture from the tile and cleaned well in the tub of water. Would recommend.
