Home Depot does not sell the 2 inch spring clamp in bulk (100 - 200 count) quantity. The 2 inch spring clamp is sold separately or in a multi-size (assorted size) spring clamp set. I have checked the internet and was unable to find 2 inch clamps sold in bulk (100 - 200 count) quantity

You might try dipping the ends in Plasti Dip. This is sold by home depot in both spray and dip form. I have not tried it myself but I have heard it would work for this kind of thing.

You can simply slide the clamp onto a peg for storage. When the jaw is closed it makes a perfect hole between the jaw and spring to slide onto a peg or bar for storage.

We use this clamp extensively in our garden to hold frost cloth to frames and to hold back curtains on the porch. They are weather tough and hold tight. May be a little hard to open for some because they hold so tight. It takes hand strength to open but I am able to use.
