      Decent undercabinet light
Enjoying my Armacost LED Puck light that I mounted under a small kitchen counter space. Light is decently bright for small puck light. As I design my larger plan for connecting additional lights, I expect that I will enjoy them more. With just one single light and transformer, it is not enough. Puck mounts with two metal flanges mounted on the puck that you can secure with a fastener.

      Best under cabinet led.
So I've been wanting to put under cabinet lights in my kitchen. I've looked at the many options and I have now found my favorite. The color temp is a big deal to me and that's the first big thing to me and it's spot on for liking. Then I want a system that I can add as many lights as I need. The options are endless just up the power supply. The wires are super long being 59in, that's much longer than other lights. And they are also dimmable my favorite for using as a night light to get to those late night snacks. Last the quality was top notch and easy to install for even the novice. Check Home Depot for all the Aramacost power supplies and dimmers.

Good value in a simple LED puck light with clean design
Our use for the puck light was to provide a little extra light under a shelf above a workbench in our shed. The puck has a cleanly designed chrome case with a pop-out lighting assembly. So, you mount the case first, using 2 screws, then pop in the light. The cable can exit either through a hole you drill in the shelf or via a slot at the back of the case. See photos. It works well and puts out an appropriate amount of white light for its use (rated at 140 Lumens) – you don’t want an extra bright light under a shelf or cabinet. It is supposed to be dimmable, although we don’t have a 12v dimming switch so couldn’t try that. And don’t forget that this is a 12vdc light, so you will need an appropriate power source for it. Our shed was already wired for 12vdc lighting as it is solar powered. Installation is fairly easy with only two complaints. The mounting screws included are microscopic – I don’t know how anyone thought they could be used. But two #4 x 3/8” SS pan head Phillips screws I had on hand worked perfectly. The other issue was the attached wire. The wire and its conductors are very thin. While I am sure they are adequate to carry the very low amperage (rated at about 200mA) used by the LED light, their small size makes it difficult to crimp them to larger wires with standard crimps. This may or may not be an issue for you, depending on how you are running wiring to them.

      Very bright, stylish.
I think folks typically use these for under-cabinet lighting, but I needed to add light under my workbench so that’s where I put it. The design is simple; two pieces consisting of the mounting ring which the light itself snaps into with locking tabs. About 5 feet of wire is included along with mounting screws. Light output is very bright and it had a very wide beam angle. I have an 8 foot bench I built and this one light in the center is enough to light the lower shelf up with plenty of light. Be sure to put the wire through the mounting ring prior to securing with the screws. The light is powered by 12V DC so if you’re not using it in a DC setting like for use as lights inside a truck cap, which I plan on doing when I get a couple more, then you need to buy the power inverter to convert 120V AC to 12/24V DC. The light also works with the Armacost remote.

Puts out a lot of light
I was very impressed with the amount of light that this small puck light puts out. We will end up mounting it above my husbands work bench. The color says grey, but it looks like brushed nickle or stainless to me. You do need a power supply and adding the power supply from the same manufacturer was a breeze. The only negative thing I can say is that the screws given to mount the light are tiny. Less than .25 inch.

      Looks great
The Armacost Lighting Array Dimmable LED Puck Light has a very high quality appearance, not cheap The material is well-constructed. Even though it is clearly advertised as requiring some additional parts, I missed that some more equipment was involved for it to work. I had something else in mind for it. It would be really cool if it was battery powered.

      Compact and bright
This Armacost Lighting LED puck style light is small (2.5 inch diameter), thin (0.5 inch thick) and unobtrusive yet offers a nice bright white light. Be careful to note that it requires a 12 volt power source, which isn't super obvious just from the description. Once you get it wired up, it can be surface mounted or recessed, providing options for where you place it. The quality seems good and the finish is nice.

Too advanced for me. But bright and solid & would be great
I got this dimmable LED puck light for my kitchen and also got the power supply that goes with it. (The Armacost Lighting LED Power Supply 12 watt standard driver 12 volt transformer) The puck light has a long positive /negative cord (FYI, the red side is positive) that you string to the supply cord, which has to be plugged in. The long cord easily hooks into the transforming supply cord. (I'm not sure but I think more than one light could be hooked into the transforming power cord that turns your 110 volts into the 12 watts required for this light--would need to check instructions!) I thought I could use this as an under cabinet light because I used to have 8-12 puck lights under it that I removed because they were the hot lights that took tiny 7$ bulbs that burned out super fast. So, I do have a plug in on top of my cabinets and could have strung the wires through the backside of the cabinet but once I tested the light, I realized it needs a light switch to turn it off and on. (& I had removed the light switch to the upper plug in order to have more plug-ins below. The upper plug, now, also powers my above the stove microwave so I didn't want a switch on it.) Meaning, I won't be using the puck light at this time. It does light up well and bright. And it's held up with screws. Plus it's LED so no replacement bulbs needed. I may be able to use it later in a different place like a closet as long as I add a remote control plug with a wall switch, (I could do the same in the kitchen, I suppose) but an electrician would have an easier time setting this up. It was too much for me.

      Great Light!
This LED puck light is 12 V DC powered. It’s a fully dimmable light, surface or recess mountable with a 2 1/4 inch diameter hole that produces 120 lumens at 120° angle, and only uses 2 1/2 Watts! It’s a soft bright white light at 3000 K with a brushed steel finish. I imagine this would make a great addition to an under counter lighting system. We plan to use it under a hutch

      Cute little light
Armacost Lighting Array Dimmable LED Puck Light, Grey This was an inexpensive puck light. I thought I was getting a great deal and then I found out you have to buy your own 12-volt power supply which is three times the price of the light. I did have a few extra power supplies left over from a Christmas display so I was able to use that to get it to work. I used it for a corner cabinet with a lazy susan and it does help so I can see what I'm looking for now. If you have a power supply I would recommend this otherwise just buy a battery powered puck light. These LED luminaires feature an all-metal housing and can be installed as surface-mounted puck lights or recessed downlights. Perfect for decorative lighting in and under cabinets and display cases or as bright task lighting beneath cabinets. Fully dimmable and compatible with standard 120-Volt AC dimmers and Armacost Lighting's line of 12-Volt dimmers, wireless and Wi-Fi controls. Color: Metallic.
