Espresso Media Storage

This is advertised as wood. It is a wood byproduct, loosely compressed sawdust. The top is a cardboard composite. The back screw holes did not lineup causing the cheap material to split. I filled 1/2 my garbage can with foam packing.

Nice looking cabinet, works for what I need. The assembly was the biggest hassle. First off, many of the predrilled holes for the door wheel and upper track parts were not sufficiently drilled. I had to have the holes redrilled. Then, the mechanism the wheels are cased into were set unevenly so the sliding doors would hang up in the track. Had to remove those and reset that as well. The doors are not perfect but they glide through the track much easier. Unfortunately, one door does not close 100% and there is a noticeable gap between the door and the cabinet. If you are handy with tools, then you may not mind adjustments. But if you are not handy with anything more than a screwdriver and the tools provided, I would not recommend purchasing. The blend of metal and plastic parts does not work well at all. Very poor choice in design. I ended up deciding against returning because I had already gotten much of the cabinet put together. Disappointed with the building process but the final outcome of the product does look nice and functions well for the price.

Once assembled, this product looks good and is pretty sturdy. I do have a couple of complaints: the pins that support the shelves are loose in the holes, so just touching the shelves before loading them causes the pins to fall out. There is no reason for this - it's just sloppy design. Also, the door roller and stop sockets have pilot holes drilled for only three of the four screws. In this case, sloppy manufacturing. I'll probably glue the shelf pins into the holes. The doors are made of tempered glass, so they are very solid. Overall, I'm surprised at how well this has turned out.

Love this cabinet, came well packaged......had easy to follow instructions just took a while to put together, but worth the wait. Looks great !

Nicely made and held a lot more than I expected

Easy to put together, but the materials aren’t the highest of quality. It’s very easy to chip the vinyl in the sliding doors, which exposes the cheap material underneath. For the price, it’s still a good-looking piece of furniture - you just have to be careful.
