Spilled Coffee Every Morning
Although this has been a reliable coffee pot (we've had it for about four years now), it never fails that every day there is spilled coffee on the counter. The area where you pour from isn't shaped like a typical pitcher it's actually a squared shape. If you don't very slowly pour your coffee or when filling up the water there's sure to be a mess every time. Our coffee pot still works but I'm looking for a new one because of this reason.
