The Bite Shield Racket Bug Zapper consumes 2 AA batteries running at 1.5V each, thus together 3V.
I believe the material is part of the flux capacitor out the delorean from Back to the Future #1.
Plastic & steel
The metal grid of the Bug Racket Zapper is made out of stainless steel.
I don’t think so.
No
It's works great with the two AA batteries. I've been using mine for 4 weeks and it works very well on mosquitoes, flies, and even a red wasp that wouldn't leave me alone.
no
No. We do not recommend any modifications to the voltage.
Don't buy it, no work!
Yep, gnats too. Works well onnmosquitoes but they are harder to get, unless they have lamded on something like the wall or ceiling.
Yes this works on gnats as well
It works with all bugs. Since gnats are small you have a little harder time. They must hit the wire in between the the 2 outer layers. It is powerful so do not let a child play with it. An adult at my home picked it up & pushed the little button & hit it against his other hand - it hurts when you do that - I have several.
Yes
Yes, it works on gnats as I tested mine on a cloud of gnats outside and it took out most of them.
The fly would have to hit the center grid to get zapped. There is a protective grid so that your fingers are protected if they come into contact with the racket grid. The center grid would heat up when activated when the button is pressed.
You have to hold the button in so the red light is not flashing. Maybe you need new batteries. Plus the edge of the swatter does not fit flush to the wall so I slowly move it to where the fly has to move
Hold the zapper in one hand, get some water on the fingers of your other hand, and flick water at the screen while you're pressing the button. When the droplets go through, they should make a flash and a popping noise. (Don't touch the screen with your wet fingers!)
Well don't do like I did, I touched the screen and zapped my finger good. Trust me it works
The only way to know for sure is to touch it, warning, it stings a bit, so I'm not recommending it, but common sense would say 2 AA batteries isn't going to permanently harm you.
Made in China
Made in China, according to the label on the zapper.

The same place you learned the English language.

No charging, AA batteries.
You don't charge it. It takes batteries and they seem to last several months. I've yet to replace mine and have been using it probably 6 months already.
Battery operated no charging
No charging, only thing you have to do is insert the two batteries that runs the zapper.
This item is Powered by 2 AA batteries (sold separately).
There is no charging, because there is no circuit within the zapper for recharging the battery. If you use rechargeable batteries in it, which you certainly can do, you would have to have a separate charger.
Yes it stings. Don’t touch it.
This item is Powered by 2 AA batteries (sold separately).Yes it will zap if you or the flying insect touch the grid in behind the safety grid.
I recieved it and installed batteries then tried to make the fly touch and when it touched nothing happened to the fly. It didn't work and then I returned it.
If you push the button to activate it more than stings it shocks you
The zapper is powered by two Double A batteries. Three volts tops for voltage very little amperage. That is why sometimes, the fly or mosquito is only stunned. If you touch the surface, you will not get zapped, unless you close the circuit by toughing both sides of the racket.
