Can I add these cameras to an existing Blink system?
One Blink Sync Module can support up to ten cameras simultaneously. You may add an unlimited number of Sync Modules to your account which means you will be able to add however many devices you would like (just add a new Sync Module once the previous reaches ten cameras connected).
Can you use regular AA batteries for replacement in the Blink wireless cameras?
Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA batteries are the only recommended batteries.
Do these cameras go offline often?
The Blink system will only go offline if there is a disruption to the Wi-Fi network at the location it is installed.
Does the camera have flood lights?
Blink sells a wireless Floodlight Mount as well as a Wired Floodlight Camera. Standalone Outdoor cameras do not have built-in floodlights.
These cameras require Wi-Fi.
Yes. The Blink system requires a 2.4GHz high speed internet connection. Mobile hot spot and satellite networks are not compatible.
Do they come in white color
The Blink Outdoor 4 Camera is only available in black.
How does the mounting hardware work? Do you screw them into your siding?
Yes, the mount gets drilled directly to the wall or siding, and then the back of the camera will secure onto the mount. It is completely adjustable once mounted.
