Q:Did anyone have a low water pressure? It seems there is not enough water pressure. Takes forever to fill a water cup. Thinking the tubing insude might have a kink, the hose is not being kinked anywhere else.

A: If you used a saddle and drilled a hole (tapping method) to connect the product to your existing cold water pipe, that is a likely cause of your pressure drop. Instead, connect using a stop tee such as Home Depot's: Model #24983A / Store SKU #1001878047.

Just perfect and exactly what I needed when I moved my fridge 15 feet away from its original spot. Easy to install and had no water tasting issues. The instructions said to run the water for at least 5 gallons to flush out any impurities.

Excellent product. Do not use the cheap plastic tubing with a water pipe tap. Do it the correct way to code.
