AnswerIf the fixture's two non-ground wires are not black and white but one of them is smooth and the other has a "ribbed" texture, the ribbed is to connect to the white of the box and the smooth to the other.

6 feet is always too long for the water inlet...

6 feet is always too long for the water inlet hose and always too short for the electrical cord! Came with all the parts though, which is nice - nice little worm clamps and electrical wire caps - can't imagine you'd need anything else than what is in this kit (other than a longer electrical cord!)
