Package arrived quickly, even before the new bbq I ordered....
Package arrived quickly, even before the new bbq I ordered. Installation of NG orifices for main burners was fairly easy even with large fingers. Back burner took a little extra time due to removal and reinstallation of rear bbq cover. The entire process including NG regulator install didn’t take more than 45 minutes. Grill works perfectly with natural gas now.

Instructions for infrared burner say to use the #52 male...
Instructions for infrared burner say to use the #52 male orifice. Problem is the box contained a #50 and a #54, but no #52. Customer service line says send them an e-mail, as they will not answer the phone with a live person. Other than that the conversion is simple.
