This patio cover is very good quality and I love it. It keeps our table and chairs w/cushions completely dry! Very heavy duty material and I absolutely recommend it to anyone. Great price for the quality too!

Needs some tweaking
This is the second cover we have bought for our patio set. The first one lasted about 2 years before ripping along the seams so we replaced it this year. We had trouble tightening the elastic cord along the bottom to secure it on the last one, but this one is even worse! Having to tighten it from the two ends with such a strong fabric is nearly impossible! It definitely needs to be tightened from 4 points so you can actually pull the cords tight. The cover is constantly blowing off in the wind with the only thing holding it on being the 2 straps on the legs. Having to fix the cover every day is tiresome. This is probably also the reason for the fabric eventually tearing. We will see how this one goes (it I can tighten it more) or we will have to try another brand.

When I first received this product, I was impressed on the thickness and how nice it looked. One winter season later, the color has faded. The bottom brown is now a gray green. It also wasn't able to withstand the harsh winter and has multiple rips in the fabric. The cover comes with 2 straps. High winds will whip this cover around. It should really come with 4 straps. It hasn't even been a full year yet and I'll be claiming the warranty on this. Pics attached.

Nice and durable
We bought this for our new patio furniture for the winter season and it looks great! The colors are nice and so is the material. We have 6 chairs and I bought it thinking it would cover 6 chairs but it only covers 4, which is why I gave it four stars. The tie down to the chairs is great too.

I wanted to cover my furniture with a cheap blue tarp, but my wife thought it would be super tacky. She thought this one looked the best, so this is the one I bought. It feels durable and has worked well so far. I don't live in a very humid place so I don't think mold will be as big of a problem for me as it was with other reviewers. It seems to be pretty waterproof but I would suggest brushing it off after storms so the water doesn't pool. It is nice and large and goes on quick with two people helping.

Good for 1 season only..fell apart in second season
This product was great for the first year that we bought and use it...However, it was stored in garage for the winter months. In our second year, the cover was brittle and tore very easily like paper. I could not understand how the sides were fine like new..but the top that is usually exposed to the sun turned to paper and ripped so easily that you could not touch it to take it off..it just fell apart.
