Sorry, no the Eddy Floor Scraper machine is not made for hardwood or tiles. We also make a machine for ceramic and porcelain tiles, which is the Tile Breaker (TB3).
Would this work to scrape layers of paint off sidewalk curbing?
This machine has never been tested to remove paint off of curbing.
Can this remove particle board that has been glued down to plywood subfloor? They used lots of glue.
This is hard to answer due to every rip up job it different. It would remove it, but depending on the type and amount of glue, you might also take up some of the subfloor. I would rent the unit first to test it out in a small area first.
Also, if you test out this unit, I would use blade (part #0031) bevel side down, this will help not digging into the sub-floor.
Is it easily movable
Are you asking if the machine itself is easily movable from job to job? Yes, it is! The unit only weights about 30 lbs total.
Can it cut Thursday nails on partical flooring ?
NO, this machine is not meant to cut through nails or metal.
Does it come with the accessory bag with tools and attachments?
It sure does!! Comes with the long complete handle and the accessories bag which includes the blade holders, starter blades, hex screwdriver and bolts.
