    A:  My product arrived and I have used it once since my purchase. I really haven't noticed a difference; maybe the scaling isn't visible enough. I just let it soak a while them rinse and wipe clean.

    A:  My Crane humidifier got clogged with deposits that I would clean then it would work again, Finally, I tried this, didn’t help at all, and shortly thereafter the motor started making a terrible noise and I thew away the humidifier. I won’t buy Crane again.
