Well so far it has done what I thought it would. I hope it last and looks good for a long time. As I applied the product I took a pictures of the difference as you can see. The price was a lot better foe a smaller amount I needed and I still had a lot left over even after the second coat.

This stuff was awful. It made our tile look hazy and splotchy. It turned our grout yellow. This is terrible. I would never recommend this product. Now we are spending money and lots of time trying to fix the problem

I used this product to seal a quartz stone fireplace surround. Immediately after applying the product and for several weeks it looked nice, it had the "wet look" I was hoping for. Over time it began to slowly take on a nasty green/yellow tint. To the point the entire surround appeared to have this greenish tint. It took a few months for it to really get to the nasty color. Now I have to find a way to strip it off. Not going to recommend this to anyone! Very frustrated.

Easy to use, extremely effective on our slate back splash in the kitchen. Had a gray haze over all the slate. Tried soap and water, tried vinegar, tried an acid wash. Nothing helped. This brought out the character of the stone, darkened it just a tad, and made a complete difference in the appearance of the kitchen. Great product. Sprayed it on, wiped down with an old sock, sprayed again, then two wipes, the last one with a dry sock to get all the residue removed. Two days later it is still looking great. With water, the effect went away in about an hour.

This is an amazing product! It brought out the color in my multi-colored slate tile amazingly!!! I'm amazed on how much better my screened in porch will look!
