Same happened to me. Twisted top completely off and put back on tight and worked fine. The seal wasn't tight enough to form the vacuum needed to pull the chemicals out of sprayer. Now I use concentrate and just refill the spray bottles when needed.

Can I spray this on my deck and deck furniture?
Thank you for your question. Our product is safe to apply to your deck and furniture and the area would be safe once dry. We do recommend to spot test a small area to be sure the product doesn't cause any staining prior to a broadcast application.
I’ve been spraying with this thing attached to my garden house for like 5 minutes and the level of concentrate hasn’t diminished at all. It’s not working right but there’s no trouble shooting advice
