Questions & Answers
Why do the specifications say ?indoor? use? I can?t use this for my holiday lights? I notice in some of the reviews, people are using it outdoors.
In my opinion, as this is a grounded extender, and as I protect the connection joints from direct water exposure, I use this extender outside with no problem. Mind you, I am not an electrician, and you follow my suggestion at your own risk.
Not sure.. I used mine outside and it was fine. I think they are implying that it's not "water proof" ... who knows.
Not insulated against rain and other elements.
Hello Aces, The GC301 was not designed for use outdoors. Doing so will void the 1 year warranty. Thank you for submitting your question!
