Q:Purchased yesterday. I need to fill to 52 and 50 PSI, but the tool displays an "OP" error. My TPMS indicates low pressure, I visually see low pressure in one tire, my handheld pressure gauges confirm 38-40 PSI. OP displayed even when disconnected.

Q:My compressor is brand new. Every time I try to use this tool it stays on for a few seconds and then a low p light comes on and then shuts off.Both of my Dewalt batteries are fully charged. At a loss?

Not recommended for over 50psi!!!
I’m a contractor and I haul a dump trailer and get lots of flat tires on it, the tires I have on it sit at 80 PSI, I tested it today on a flat after repairing it, it filled it to 78psi then the freshly charged large 4AH batt died and took a good 30 mins!
Now if you were using it for small cars (30psi) or what not this is perfect but soon as you start going over the 50 psi you better not be in a rush and have extra batteries laying around! Or use the included 12v car adapter but soon as you unwrap it your never getting it back in it’s compartment!
Now the interface is perfect! It tells you what it’s and the even the percentage and you can set and forget as it will stop on its own after it reaches the set psi but the fact that they advertise on the box up to 160psi I could only assume that would take over a hour and a flexvolt battery or 2 and that’s hoping it dosnt catch on fire from running that long!
All in all, your average user doesn’t need to go beyond 50 psi so I would still recommend this with the caution of the misleading box!

Great tool.
I love the easy of use. Just set the psi and turn it on, auto shut off is nice. The desired set stay after each use so it is quick to do all the tires on one car. Easy to read display. I love using the battery and not having to deal with any cords.

Where has this inflator been all my life?
Years ago when I was seriously into off-roading I would have loved to have this inflator. I am most impressed with how quickly it gets to the set pressure, which is very accurate by the way. I love that you just set it and forget it. It frees you up to work on other things, like lubricating my tractor with my Dewalt grease gun. I was able to bring my tractor tires up from 26lbs to 30lbs in just a few minutes. 4lbs may not seem like much, but these are big tires with lots of volume. I also use the low pressure side for blowing debris around my radiator grille. Just an awesome tool! I’ve had many of these portable inflators over the years and they’re usually a joke, not this one!

worth every penny
Got a flat on the highway in the pouring down rain, the dewalt got me back on the road and i was able to drive to a nearby tire shop. Without this i would have been stuck.

GREAT PRODUCT
I bought this inflator on “BLACK FRIDAY” and I love it, my truck tires were at 32 psi I needed them to be at 40 psi it takes about 22.5 sec per psi to inflate I used a 20v/60v FlexVolt battery The unit did not get warm, while the unit was on the ground it was sitting on the battery because the battery is rather large but the unit did not move nor did the unit tip over and there wasn’t any air leaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As summer ends in Phoenix and the heat fades, it seems all tires in the area need a topping up at the same time. I used this beauty to fill all of our tires, before sharing it at work. Each time I helped someone out, several more would pause and watch it do its stuff. From the threaded connector to the automatic gauge and ability to set the pressure and walk away, this thing impresses. If I had a pile of them each time I show it off, I'd make a bundle selling them. It's surprisingly fun, and handy tool.

This is way better than I had head to what it would be seeing all the other inflators on the market but this one blew be away. You can power off your accessory socket in the car, with a DeWalt battery. Has a blower on it not like blowing up like a air mattress. Has an LED work light. Has onboard fittings and storage locations for them on the end side of the unit is a high-pressure needle, high pressure tampered nozzle, a Presta valve adapter. Looking forward to years of great use. Also like that I don't have to use my battery can just power off the car or what ever way I need at the time
