Auto Load Folding Utility Knife

I do tile and I've been looking for a knife that can handle the work I do. This is not terrible. It's somewhat durable as it's lasted me about 6 months with heavy use. The auto-load barely worked for a few weeks but when you try and place the 3 blades its supposed to fit, the blade you're using won't go back in. Its a simple one blade at a time otherwise you'll struggle pulling it in and out no matter if there's 1 or 3 blades inside. I wish the housing of the actual blade was more durable as I'm constantly getting it stuck when cutting up or down. When cutting down, the plastic storage that holds the blades isn't strong enough making the other fresh side of the blade cut through exactly where you hold the knife. All in all its a good idea and I put in the request for a warranty but will only be using it until I find a more suitable retractable folding utility knife. Don't fill it with blades, be careful when cutting with force.

I bought this knife today and im very disappointed i support Dewalt 100% but this knife is junk the blade wont stay in, its ridiculously hard to open there is not enough room for all three blade to fit in the storage unless i cram the 3rd one in and then i cant get it out

I am very pleased with this knife it is easy to change the blades and it folds up so you can hang it on your belt. The ribs on the side help you to maintain a grip if you are cutting into to hard to cut material. You can store 3 blades right in the knife itself. You can always count on Dewalt to come up with a quality product.

The design is pretty lacking. The fact that you have to unfold it then extend the blade makes it safe but cumbersome.
