A: Hello, please follow below instructions. 1.To select time that you want the fixture OFF, pull up the segments. Keep or push down the segments that you want the fixture ON. 2.Each segment equals 30 minutes. 3.Rotate the timer’s dial clockwise until the arrowhead on the face points to the current time of day. Note: Date time and night time are marked on the dial. 4.Set the timer switch at the top to TIMER ON position. Note: to override the timer and use your fixture, set the timer switch to the OUTLET ON position. This will deactivate the timers control of the fixture. To reactivate the timers control, set the timers switch to TIMER ON.

A: Yes, the plug has timer control or always on. There is a switch on the top with two options - outlet on and timer on. If you want to control the plug in timers, pull the switch to "timer on" and set your preferred times.
