Defiant decorating light ,I used it for my beverage bar and turns out good ,all it need 3 AAA batteries they last long since they are led light .light it’s self it’s small you can use for book shelf kitchen or bar which ever you one you can turn on or off or change color by pushing lens or use remote control , as far as Instalation already comes with magnet and small metal disc to attach they are great lights .

Coincidental power outage the night I bought 3 of these! I got to give a pack to neighbors so to help illuminate their kid's room! Fun! We also used these for an art installation for Easter weekend. Great response from attendees!

I bought this for my new curio display case and it works pretty well. The ability to remote control the lights together, and individually is pretty awesome. I don't like the fact that they use so many AAA batteries but I have rechargeable batteries to deal with that. The cover does a decent job at diffusing the light so that's a plus.

I picked these up in the store. Figured I would give it a shot for my mom’s kitchen. Batteries were included. They have a magnet that fastens to the bottom of the cabinet. Make sure you place it where you want it because it’s not coming off. Each light has 3 AAA batteries. The remote doesn’t synch to all the light but it’s based on distance. So I need to click 3 times as I walk around my mom’s kitchen. I wish the remote had a magnet to secure in side of the fridge!

Cordless LED lights controlled by a remote. Yes, they are usable by clicking the plastic lens, but the best use comes from the remote control. Install 3 AAA batteries in each one and off you go. ON/off on the remote with memory at each unit means you don't lose the settings. Dimming is a nice feature, but I've rarely used it. Magnets inset in the lights is a nice feature - even comes with a metal disc to attach to non-metallic surfaces. I have split them between rooms and can use the remote in both places independently. Even have timers so you can leave them on and walk away. Fun lights.

These are really nice little accent lights. I love that they come with batteries (for both the lights and the remote) making them ready-to-go right out of the packaging. The controls are easy to use and work great - only minor issues with one light not syncing up the first couple times. The illumination isn't quite bright enough for one light to, say, brighten up a cabinet. But taken together they do make some easy, fun accent lighting.

These Defiant 40 lumens changing lights are a fun way to light up areas of your home or office. The pack comes with 6 lights, with batteries and remote so that all you have to do is decide where you want to put them. They have an adhesive on the back which the jury is still out on how strong it is as I have just got them. I love that the remote can control which color you want: white. blue, red or green depending in your mood or decor. The remote can also be set on a timer so that it automatically after 10, 30, 60 or 120 minutes. I gave this rating a four star instead of five because I wish it came with 2 separate remotes so that you can control them remotely in 2 different rooms or areas. I plan to put some of them in a dark corner where I keep a cat litter box so that I can see as I change the litter. But these could be used for Halloween decor with the red color for a bloody aura or the green for a ghoulish design. if you got 2 sets you could have alternating red and green lights to enhance your Christmas decor.
