very easy DIY install
The door knobs and dead bolts were very easy to install a good DIY project. The kit contains all the necessary parts for the installation minus a hole drilling jig if you have to re-drill any holes. Both the door knobs and dead bolts easily screw together. A very nice feature is a single key works for all 4 units.

Garbage
Who designs a product that you have to try and insert a screw on an angle? Think they chole on the money? Constantly jams causing us to be locked out. Junk Junk Junk. America is truly dead. No quality craft men left in the country therefore no quality craftsmanship??

Based on your description, we believe you may have been using the screws for the deadbolt on one of the doorknobs. The screws for the doorknobs are 1" long and are threaded all the way up on the screw. Simply insert the screws and finger-tighten them to ensure they do not cross thread, then use a #2 Phillips head screwdriver to finish tightening them down. I was just replacing door handles that were banged up, And didn't have to drill the doors but using this product is quick and easy instructions were there when I needed it. Once the task was completed the door handles and locks work perfectly.
