I have had my rinser installed for several years, but today the pressure dropped suddenly. What could have caused this, and how do I fix the problem?

To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend flushing the supply hose and cleaning the sprayer. Clean the spray holes by soaking the area with 50/50 white vinegar and water using a rag or paper towel. Leave for 30 minutes and repeat as needed. To flush the hose, turn off the water supply, disconnect the hose from the rinser, and put the hose into a bucket. Then turn on the water for 30 seconds to a minute to flush the hose and check the flow to the rinser. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! Is there a template for location of the hole that needs to be drilled and what size hole is it that needs to be drilled? It is not on any of the installation guides nor is it on one of the previous questions you answered under that PDF file,

The lip is 2 1/2" from the hole center. The lip should be flush with the sink edge or overhand 1/4". A standard sink hole size is 1 3/8". Please reach out with any additional questions!
