Love this but design flaw
I love this! It was a fun new feature to our kitchen remodel. However the design flaw is that the base is not big enough. As water fills the cup your rinsing, if the angle of the cup is wrong or there’s too much water being used, water over flows the base and gets onto your counter. I still love it but it could be better. Also, the cover for it it utterly worthless. It doesn’t fit on right. That could also be a better design.

Perfect addition to your sink
We recently redid our kitchen and installed a new sink and faucet. Our new faucet eliminated the separated sprayer, we looked for new ideas to replace the hole, and were not interested in a soap dispenser. Came across the Delta Glass Rinser in a video and decided to try it. It works amazing. Very happy with it, and super easy install.

Great concept some design flaws
I was so excited for this item! We often have residue in the bottom of glasses (leave wine in bottom of glass and it dries, smoothie making, etc). This thing does exactly as it promises-it rinses all the gunk out that a dishwasher really can’t. It gets all our water bottles the cleanest they’ve ever been. In a pinch for time, I’ll add a squirt of soap to a cup then place it on this and they’re clean as new! My biggest disappointment in this is the size. It needs to be about 1/4 inch wider in diameter. I mainly bought this to rinse my smoothie cups and they don’t fit in the base. Our coffee cups are also just a tiny bit too wide to fit. I’m mad at myself for not measuring these items before purchasing as coffee mug residue and smoothie cups were my main motivation for purchasing this. I think those with bottle fed babies would find this invaluable! I recommend, just make sure it’s work with your cups! It also really pours neatly into the sink, no splashes at all! We installed it easy and without issue.

When I first got the Delta 4 in. Glass Rinser, I thought it was just one of those things they use...
When I first got the Delta 4 in. Glass Rinser, I thought it was just one of those things they use at bars and it would not be useful in the house. The wife wanted it because a friend has it in there wet bar … we don’t have a wet bar … just a kitchen. However, you know what they say, happy wife happy life.
Installation would normally be rather straight forward if you had a single sink, but I have a double with two different depth and a garbage disposal. It was like the plumbers version of gastric bypass. So I pulled out the old soap pump, never even used it. Dropped the parts down the existing hole. I was starting to think to myself that this is going to be a cakewalk … jinks! Had to pull the garbage disposal because the cold water line was dead behind there. Then I had to stack that over the dishwasher outlet. I will tell you now … I am the fat kid that loves cake … getting behind all those mechanicals was tough, but it was completed. Until I found a leak, so I had to take everything apart. The worst part the rinser was energized at that point and when I disconnected it the two part regulator came out. It took me 15 mins to figure out which way those things needed to go back in. Hint, think trumpets. I was able to get everything back together and no leaks.
I have been using it for about 5 months now. I am shocked how often I actually use it. I will rinse out pint glasses after sodas or beers. I have a highball glass I like use for my beet juice powder. They now get rinsed and put on the drying rack instead of going into the dishwasher.
I can definitely recommend this product. I thought it was just a one off product a gimmick for wet bars, but it turned out to be useful in everyday life.

Why didn't I...
...order one of these sooner! Ok, technically I bought at a store, but I'm reviewing it here as well.
The good: This thing is awesome! Great coverage on most of my glassware. I have some wide cups that don't fit, but most do. If you have adequate water pressure, it's great.
4 stars because of the not-so-good: It's plastic and it doesn't drain well.
I bought the stainless finish that looks good, but it does not have the "brushed" look as pictured. The only metal piece is the water line/center shaft.
The "cup" of it is slightly angled toward the front but was not allowing adequate drainage when I installed it flat as directed. It includes a spacer if you have a raise back so I used a sander on that to grind it down to a steep angle to get proper drainage.

The Delta 4 inch glass rinser in chrome, is the perfect addition to any "Man Cave", home bar, or just for the kitchen. It is very easy to install if you have a soap dispenser on your sink this will fit in that hole if you remove it. If you do not feel comfortable with doing that or drilling an extra hole in your sink you can call a plumber to do the work.
