Stuck with poor quality products
This screw should not be more than 25 cents. They sell for more than $7. And the head slots gets easily damaged.

I got the screw (RP 152), where do I get the screw driver to screw this in? I need to reinstall my H79 handle. Do you know and do you know the details of the screw driver?

Nice
I bought this last week and received few days after. When I installed to my Delta Faucet handle (Tub/Shower -134900 Series-) it was too loose. Although it fit but the handle still wiggle.I presume this is not a correct set screw for the handle. I would not recommend for the Tub/Shower (134900 Series)

The Home Depot homepage made it appear that this was a package with a faucet, which would need to be ordered with the faucet. The faucet description didn't seem to make it clear that the screw was included. So, I ordered both and ended up with two screws. I returned the second screw at a store, but it detracted from a good experience since it just wasted more time.

This set screw fit my Delta kitchen sink handle perfectly....
This set screw fit my Delta kitchen sink handle perfectly. It is rather small though, so I'll be more careful taking it out again. I would recommend it.
