Missing a hose
I bought the delta portwood faucet. (35770lf) It did not come with the connection hose. (RP93980) I am disappointed and can't find the hose to finish the job in my bathroom. How can you sell a product that didn't even come with everything it was suppose to come with? Now I will have to take everything apart return it and go with a different brand all around.

Picture is inaccurate. Mid-line connector is reflected as brass/metal. Actual connector is principally plastic. My concern is that the plastic will not be as durable and resilient as bras/metal.

Terrible product
I have purchased this to move a faucet from one sink to another spent two hours trying to fit to connect to the faucet will not clip in. This would have only taken 5 minutes with a normal screw connection.

I am sorry to hear that the unit did not snap into place properly. The hose connectors would need to be pushed up until you hear it click, then tug slightly to verify the connection.
