I bought mine several weeks ago. It does swivel. Installation was not complicated and took just over an hour. The majority of the time was spent removing the thirty year old faucet it replaced.

Very nice Unit
Customer review from logo
I had the same model from years back. It needed to be replaced. I bought a new one to replace the one I had. It is very nice. I like how the hose pulls out so easily. When installing, be sure the plate goes the right way. There are arrows on the underneath. If placed wrong it won't sit tight on sink. I am very happy with it. I am glad I chose this faucet again.

Great features
Customer review from logo
I bought this faucet because of it’s height and the volume flow. It is great. There is a button on each side of the handle, one for a straight stream and the other for a spray. I bought a matching soap dispenser and it compliments the faucet wonderfully.

If had purchased a Delta faucet in 2005 instead of another brand, I would not have to replace it today. When replacing the old faucet realized it was snapped in the middle. Spending extra for Delta faucet pays off in long run by a big shot.

Just received it yesterday (Saturday) via UPS and installed it in an hour, replacing a virtually identical 15 year old faucet. The biggest problem was getting the old fixture out, there was a very narrow gap between the wall and the sink, and the old model had a small nut holding the center of the fixture to the countertop from below. This required a very deep "plumber's socket" which I fortunately had on hand, but took 30 minutes to find. The new faucet uses a large nut that is installed by hand, then using a screw driver, tighten a pair of locking screws - fantastically simple and easy to do with one hand. The other feature that requires some care to install is the weight on the pull-out spout, to be sure it's free to travel its entire range, otherwise the spout won't retract smoothly. I had to reroute some other hoses and tubes under the sink, as the old spout did not pull out easily. Overall, it's beautiful and functional, and best of all, doesn't drip.

Finally, a well-designed faucet!
Hands down the best pull out faucet I've owned. Installing it was ten times easier than pulling the old one out. Well engineered. Pex supply lines were a plus because they reduced the weight and they are plenty long enough to get to any supply valve. Floating weight is genius---now it doesn't get hung up on anything like the supply valves because it always floats in the same place. The undersink attachment nut is another engineering marvel---no more need for a basin wrench because you just tighten it by hand and lock it in with the Phillips screws. Pressure is plenty strong. Push button on the side is easy to operate and won't wear out like my old rubber one. Finish cleans up nicely. No leaks found anywhere. I don't know why I waited so long to replace my old one. Only slight con is the water sound coming out of the aerator is louder than my old one.

the original version was great, later versions flawed
I've had (qty)four of this model of faucet over the years, and the original one, 15-18 years ago, was the best, and quality has gone downhill since then. For example, the later models replaced the pull-out hose with some fiber material (instead of metal). It has made the hose SO difficult pull out, and it literally takes two hands to get it back in. Sooo annoying on a daily basis. I was told it was a cost-saving measure. What a bummer. I'd pay more for a more functional faucet. Another later problem is that the white finish literally chipped off in CHUNKS. So, here I am again buying the same thing, and you may wonder why. I wonder too. But, it's basically because I love the look of it in my all-white kitchen. Wish that Delta would work on the quality control a bit more, though. I feel like I'm an expert on this faucet, having had 4 in the past 18 years. I've watched the quality go downhill quite a bit during that time. Sometimes, don't you just wish, as a consumer, that you could talk directly to the engineers/designers of items and let them know how their small changes or cost-saving measures have totally compromised the quality of an item? (check out the photo with the chunk of white missing from the base of the faucet. This happened about a year after it was installed. Also, see the fiber material for the pull-out. This used to be a flex metal, and was so easy to use. Now it just sticks constantly.)

I'm thrilled with the "separate and spray" feature of the faucet since this new faucet replaced a much older model that did not have that feature. I also love the white color as it fits so beautifully into my white kitchen.
