Half my lights don’t turn on at all on color settings…is there any way to fix this or do they need to be replaced? I set them up a few hours ago they’re brand new.
I bought mine 11/22/26 just a few days before this question. From Nov 22. 2025 and yesterday July 31, 2026 I've had many times that 3/4 were dark. I could iust select a different color and then the ful rope would work for a few hours. As of 7/31/26 nada
What is the ambient temperature operating range? I see the Max temperature is 114F, what is the lowest temperature for outdoor use? I assume since it is for sale in Colorado it can handle -10F to -20F.

How do you connect your Eco Smart rope lights to your music and sync it
Hello! These lights have a microphone built-in on the in-line controller (the part of the power cord with the buttons). Simply put your lights into Music Sync mode in the app, and make sure the speaker is close to the microphone.
