Do these chase?
Yes, they do! You can customize your light strip with multiple colors of your choosing, and control the speed and direction they chase.
Will these work on cement?
Hi Carol, it would depend on the texture of the cement and the application of the product. The adhesive needs to make solid contact with the mounting surface. However, the mounting clips cannot screw into cement.
Is this waterproof?

These only indoor? Not rated for outdoor use?
Are the LEDs in this strip individually controlled or controlled in segments? The packaging makes it hard to tell.
They have many different presets but it seems as though it’s controlled as a whole not sections.
