Off-center pull chain not ideal for frequent use
I plan on returning it. The wiring comes with plugs on them, so depending on your fan's wiring you may need to cut those off and strip back the wire's sleeve. The pull chain is off-center, but still touches the globe when at rest and causes the fan to rock when pulled. It comes with a 9 watt, 805 lumens bulb (box says don't go higher than 9W) but since the light has to shine through the globe that may not be bright enough depending on your needs. Overall it's fine, but not ideal.

Easy Install and Low cost replacement Light kit !
I used this Ceiling Fan Globe LED Light Kit on my 16-year-old Hunter Casablanca fan. The light kit that came with the fan had gone bad and was out of production. This was really simple to install, The only modification, I had to do, was splice the white wire to the fan white wire, as the black wire had a plug that worked with the fan black plug. I wish all my home projects were this simple.
