On the bottom it says “Made in China”.
Most likely it was designed in the USA and fabricated in China because of labor costs. Most electronics are manufactured in Asia because of labor costs. Bell Labs, William Shockley was the creator of the transistor and the first intergrated circuit was designed by an electrical engineer in Orange County, CA. We have created much of the innovations in the US but no longer manufacture them.

You don't replace the LED lamp. It is permanent part of the reflector. Given the long expected life, why would you.
I believe the bulb is built into the flashlight meaning it isn’t made to be replaced. Normally the led flashlight bulbs last over 10,000 hours so they are basically disposable if they malfunction. More expensive led flashlights such as led maglites the bulbs can be replaced. Other then when the batteries leak acid out into the flashlight and ruin it, I’ve never had an led flashlight bulb go out and I have a few. Check for corrosion on the battery contacts in the flashlight and clean the contacts if needed. Other then that if it still doesn’t work for that model led flashlight it pretty much is disposable

Have never needed one. At the current price and an expected life of 50,000 hours. It would just as easy, to buy another pair for $6. Mine are going on 3 years old and 2 battery changes.
There are no replacement bulbs. This is a one battery LED flashlight that comes in pairs One red and one blue. I have had mine for two years and still using the included battery.
No it does not have a magnet, not really designed for that with so many rounded surfaces. I suppose you could drill a couple of holes and loop twine through to hang on a hook.
