Will cart work on beach as chair/umbrella hauler

WIth fully loaded cart and dry sand, it will kill you! On wet sand no problem. My trek involves a long stretch on asphalt followed by about two hundred feet of dry sand to get to the wet sand. The asphalt and wet sand are no problem but at the end of all day building sandcastles, that return stretch of dry sand is a nightmare. At the moment I am converting mine to use low-pressure polyurethane tires. It is an experiment to see if the dry sand pull is eased...

I rated this low because of the poor design in the wheel and hub assembly. Would I recommend it, yes because it will meets some peoples needs, no because of the mediocre design. Assembly required yes. There were too many parts for distraction so I did not follow the directions. I put on the rear axle assembly, then the front axle assay, then the tires, then the sides and that left only the steering linkage and handle. It was a piece of cake from that point on. I did like the breakdown of the parts on the cardboard sheet and labelled by assembly image, very nice. Regarding the wheels, the spindle diameter is 15.63mm and the inside diameter of the bearing is 16.15mm. This allows for too much play and wobble. Try it yourself. Now there is a plastic spacer between the axle frame and the bearing. It is plastic and that will have no longevity. Poor design. It needs to be brass, copper, metal alloy or something other than plastic. A photo is attached.

I am a tool and direction challenged 67 year old woman. I needed a cart to pull behind my riding mower to clean up all the debris (3 acres) from this past cold and snowy winter. I've been using my wheel barrel but it has proven to be too much for me to use. This cart is just the ticket. I know it took me a lot longer to assemble than the average person but I did it and I love it. I can use it for all sorts of projects...well worth the time and the price!!

OK for what it is - I wouldn't put 900lb in this thing?

It's smaller than I thought, but it is exactly the size listed, so that's just me. Construction is good for the price and works well for what I needed - hauling steel targets around the range for setup. My personal opinion is that it would fold up quickly under 900lb - I would not consider trying more than about 400lbs at most - now that's an opinion as I've not tried 900lbs or even 400lbs - I'm not sure I have anything I could fit in the cart that would weight 900lbs. Tires seem OK, and are staying inflated. Rolls well, steers good, and converts to a flat top w/ sides down quickly. Installation isn't difficult, but some extra washers and lock washers are needed in my opinion, but I do tend to over-engineer :). If you want a good quality yard cart for hauling bags of mulch around the yard, this is a good fit, if you want to drop an engine block in it to move around the garage, I would go with something else. IMHO only!

assembly a little tricky for only for one step easy to load with yard debris, bungy it down in turning, thefront wheels turn while the axle remains facing forward, which makes it very stable definitely recommend it

Useful wagon

Wagons are useful for most jobs. Weak point are the tires. I don't even think they are made out of real rubber. They would be OK on clean surfaces but are useless in places like construction sites. Especially with loads over 100 to 200 pounds. I have had to replace all my wagons tires with "no flat" tires. Very expensive route to go but considering down time for repairs it was necessary. I would recommend this wagon for certain uses only.
