Feit Electric's 2 ft. LED Adjustable Spectrum Grow Light only uses 32-Watt and comes fully assembled with an ultra-light weight design that can be used in hanging or flush mount installation. Save time, space and money with Feit Electrics LED growing eco system. This no-humming LED emits adjustable and precise wavelengths for superior photosynthetic response. Switch color spectrums to match the plants growth stage and increase overall yield, from blue or white spectrum for leaf and vegetative growth to red spectrum for flowering and budding or Red/White/Blue combination for a good general setting for all plants. There are no lamps to dispose of or replace and its cool operation prevents burning of leaves compared to high pressure sodium lamps. Thank you for your question, this unit does have its own power switch. When used with a wall switch, make sure push button switch is On.

I want to grow garden veg. and flowers from seed to hardy seedling only, then plant outside. Do I need the 32 watt or the 19 watt for this application?
