Hello Steve, Unfortunately we do not make this item in a keyed alike version. However, you would be able to have copies made for model 1800 by using an Axxess key blank number 78, Briggs and Stratton key blank number B1, or a Yale Lock company key blank number Y13.
This item is able to be unlocked from the outside because it will open far enough until the chain stops it, allowing it to be reached to be unlocked from the outside once installed.
