Can you use this with just one propane tank or do you have to have two?

how do you attach the rack to the trailer frame

AnswersI had to drill holes into the base to line up with the existing holes of the trailer. Then I just picked up bolts, washers and nuts at the hardware store. Very easy. Took about an hour once I had the parts from the store.
