led light strips?

We do not have any led light strips that use the same junction box, but we do have LED Under Cabinet Fixtures that use the top clip linking cord. Will this box accept a WireMold connector?

The only connector pieces that this is compatible with is our plug in style fixtures, and then after that you just wire the junction box to a direct wire switch. Can I splice two 14/2 cables this box?

How do i connect the ground wire in the junction box? There is no ground to connect to.
