A: Hello there - Thanks for asking us this great question! We're happy to help you with this. The pre and post filters of your system need to be replaced every 6 months. Replace them more often if they clog with sediment. Depending on the hardness of your water, the membrane cartridge may also need to be replaced. If your water pH is from 6.8-7.7, the membrane could last well over one year. If the water pH is from 8.5-10, the membrane may need to be replaced every 6 months.
