Q:What is the air pressure supposed to be in the 3 .2gal tank?

A:  Hi - These tanks come pre-pressurized from the factory and must be serviced or adjusted by authorized servicers only, as stated on the tank itself. We are unable to provide specific tank pressure information.     A:  Hi! Thanks for asking. During normal operation, the green light, in the middle should flash when dispensing water. The filter light comes on at 6 months or 900 gallons. If the unit has been in use for six (6) months and the amber filter light is on, this indicates that it is time for a filter change.         Easy to use
        [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE filters FQ18MN are super easy to replace and are compatible with select GE Under Sink Filtration Systems including GXRQ18NBN which I use them with. The system and filters provide a REVERSE OSMOSIS filtration that provides the best tasting water I have had. I am on a treated community well and always disliked the water as it was hard water with a strong chlorine taste and smell. The filters removed all the taste and smells from the drinking water. I have ditched the wasteful water bottles for the GE system. The filters last 6 months with normal use and removes 95% impurities. The item description was just as described and I would buy it again.

          Wonderful
          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This filtration system is wonderful! I did not realize how much difference there is with filtered water. Water taste so much better and will definitely be drinking more of it due to this filtration system. I did have a little bit of help from my husband in connecting everything, but it seem to be pretty easy. I think it took him a whole 5 minutes, if even that.

            Happy with the purchase
            I cut the used OR GE filter and found that the membrane is made by KX Technologies. I test my incoming water (city water) with a tester it has around 400 ppm and the result from the RO is around 30. so I am happy with the result.

              Even after replacing the GE reverse osmosis water filter, the water pressure was so low. Couple of plumbers looked at it and they mentioned that the GE reverse osmosis water filter tank may have gone bad or the filters are bad. I had to return the filter back to Home Depot. One thing that I must appreciate about home depot is that they accept genuine returns and listen to the customer feedback. The team at customer service and check out counters and the team on the ground in different aisles is very very helpful. Overall, Home Depot remains a preferred store for me for all my home furnishing requirements. It is a great store with great policies and very much consumer friendly. Long live Home Depot and Home Depot team !!!
