Fixed my Hoover vacuum cleaner with this switch
The on/off rocker switch in my Hoover UH71250 failed yesterday. Today I purchased this Gardner Bender switch hoping it would fit and it did. It's not an exact replacement but with some patience, I was able to thread the nut by turning the switch and holding the nut inside the switch housing. It worked out better than I hoped. I didn't wire the light because I don't need the light. Glad I was able to get this switch at my local Home Depot and not have to pay for shipping and wait.

Exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a switch to control a 120V fan motor that I use to run a set of buffing wheels. Originally I though I would just use a standard wall switch but then found this one at Home Depot while browsing through the switch section. I mounted this in a plastic box with matching cover. The nice thing about this set up is the diameter of the switch matches the knock-out in the box cover, so no drilling was involved. Had this installed and wired up in minutes.

Wanted to replace the broken pull-chain switch on a light, and this was perfect. It installed easily, was easy to connect the wires, and the switch action is responsive and was what I wanted. The small LED is helpful, if you connect the correct power wire to the post.

Installed on a 2008 Suzuki Boulevard as an on/off switch...
Installed on a 2008 Suzuki Boulevard as an on/off switch for after market speakers. Easy to install. Final result looks factory installed. Switch is sturdy, does not feel loose when used. Would recommend.
