120v is not the current it is the voltage. What is the maximum current capacity? this would be in...

It has got a 16/3 power cord attached. That would make it's ampacity at 10 amps. Although it does have 115 volt, 15 amp rated outlets.

What is the max current rating for the outlet?

The outlet is a grounded/safety 15 amp, 120v. The power cord is 16/3. The light bulb rating is A19, 75w. Because the cord is 16 gauge, it would have a 10 amp rating.

This review is on the Globe electric hand held work-light. These lights have been a staple in everyone's house for many years. Even though today's technology with battery operated this and that I still need my electric work light. This model has a six (6) foot grounded cord that has two (2) plugs on the handle. Just last night I was using my chop saw outside it was pitch dark - I plugged in my work light and plugged my chop saw into the light handle and not only did I have light but it powered my saw - perfect. Use an LED bulb this way when you drop it and you will drop it the bulb won't blow.

Work lights come in a variety of configurations from battery-powered to corded; from LED to traditional bulbs; from clip-on to free standing. But nothing beats having a good, traditional corded work light in your workshop. The Globe Handheld Work Light is a very affordable and functional light. These types of work lights used to get really hot to the touch, but with the advent of LED bulbs, heat is no longer a serious issue. This light has a 6 foot power cord plus two grounded outlets. The grip feels secure and comfortable and the light cage has a hook for convenient hanging on your project. I like this light for working in the crawl space of my house due to the amount of time under-house projects take. This light large space it illuminates and I don’t have to worry about running down batteries.

This is your basic work/trouble light. It's got 115 volt outlets built into the handle, so you can plug-in any additional power tools into it for the job. The six foot power cord gives it some additional work flexibility. I put a LED bright white light bulb in it, so the power consumption and current draw is minimal. It's compact and easy to store in my tool bucket.

Love this HANDHELD WORK LIGHT I have been wanting the old style drop light . This work light is durable and made of heavy rubber. Has a steel cage to protect the bulb. This light will take any standard size light bulb up to 75 watts. I decided too use LED bulb and up sized it to the 100 watt. The LED pulls less power and will not get hot as other types of bulbs.

The Globe Handheld Work Light is an old design with a new twist. They have added safety to the old work light. It has 2 grounded outlets that have safety covers. It has a max bulb rating of 75 watts but it does not give an amperage rating of the outlets. It takes a standard A19 bulb not included. It came in a big box but I still had to straighten out the lamp cage because it was bent. No damage to the box.
