The Grape Solar 100-Watt Off-Grid Solar Panel Expansion Kit is perfect for adding to existing Grape Solar Off-Grid Kits. Whether you need more power for your existing items, or want to run more items off of solar power, the Expansion Kit is the way to go. Made with high efficiency mono-crystalline solar cells for years of service, this solar kit makes it easy to add panels to your system and is virtually maintenance free. An anodized aluminum frame and a sealed junction box make the panel weatherproof for outdoor use. This system will add approximately 300-Watt Hours or 25 Amp Hours of charge per average day to your existing system. This kit includes: 1-piece Grape Solar GS-Star-100W 100-Watt mono-crystalline solar panel, a 15A in-line fuse, and a pair of MC4-comparable T-Branch Connectors.

Q:With the expansion kit item, why does the expansion kit not included inside the box with the panel? Probably that's the reason lotta missing expansion kit in the deliveries, as what happened to my two previous orders.

A:  SEND YOUR ORDER INFORMATION TO INFO@GRAPESOLAR COM SO THAT WE CAN TRACK YOUR ORDER. ALSO, TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION: SOLAR PANEL BOX IS SOLD SEPERATELY WITH INDIVIDUAL BOX WHICH IS NOT BIG ENOUGH TO INCLUDE CHARGE CONTROLLERS. SOLAR PANELS ARE STANDARD BOX, CHARGE CONTROLLERS HAVE DIFFERENT SIZES.

      Q:Just a note… This kit does NOT include extension cables like the desciption says. I received mine and there are just the leads from the panel.

      A:  The positive and negative leads on the included panel are 47 inches.

        A:  The cables are only a couple of feet long. You will need to buy longer cables unless you are attaching this panel to another one.

              The panel came well packed. Additional power adapters that came with it were very helpful. The power output is great. The only thing I wish it had come with or had been built into it, standoffs. I used a couple pieces of aluminum brackets with wood blocks to raise one end slightly so power cords wouldn't have panel frame sitting on them. Overall a Great panel!
