If you don't have someone to hold it while you get it set with the bolts, use a large pair of vise grips to lock it in place while you install the bolts.
Other parts are needed. You'll need four 3/4"x 3/8" hex-head bolts, four 3/8" lock washers and four 3/8" nuts threaded the same as the bolts.
