It is just a bucket. You could use and old coffee can. But it does have a magnet and it does keep your brush from falling into the paint when you're climbing up and down ladders so it is pretty pretty helpful
It's light weight, but really sturdy - with a flexible sideways handle, that's easy to hold onto for longer. The removeable liners come in a packet of 6 & fit perfectly inside. The inside brush magnet is my favorite feature - I no longer have to look for a safe place to put my brush down. I've had mine for years & it's just as flexible & sturdy as the day I bought it.
You should be able to use a 2” roller; nothing larger. Please keep in mind, this is a small handheld bucket used more for “cutting in” and trim work. These are awesome buckets with a hand strap and a magnet to hold your brush from settling in the paint.
No. It is not large enough for a standard 9" roller. It is great with a paint brush.
It does not have a lid, however we do sell packs of multi-sized covers for use with different types of painting projects: https://handyproducts.co/products/handy-paint-covers
No it doesn't. I usually use plastic wrap if needed.
No lid.
No
Mine had no inserts, just a pail that would hold about 3/4 quart with an attached rubberized strap under which you put your hand to hold the paint pail easily.
It does not come with inserts but it is still very useful
Hello, It does not - the Liners are sold separately. Thanks!

This is neither oil or water based. It is a one quart pail with handle you pour your paint into.
this is a paint container not a paint if your question is actually can it be used for oil based paint then the answer is yes
It's just a paint pail with a hand strap. You can use any type of paint you want but I strongly suggest getting the plastic liners so you can just throw the liners away and you're left with a somewhat brand new paint pail.
This is not a paint. It is an empty container that you pour paint into which then makes it easy for you to paint in tight space or up on a ladder without spilling or dropping any paint!
no
No, there is no cover.
I would not.
No, There is no provision for sealing,
Would not try it. The liners make it very quick and easy to return leftover paint to paint can.
I'm not aware of a compatible airtight lid for this pail. I would recommend pouring the paint back into its original container if you plan to store it for longer than a day or two.
No I would not. I'd suggest getting the thin plastic inserts so you can just toss it after you pour any left over paint back into the main container.
No, though I did use the inserts and held one color for over 5 days. It was tightly covered. I wish the manufacturer would add a lids as I had four different colors in use over a 7 day painting project. Great product though, especially with the Wooster brushes that have a short handle and great bristles.
Depends on how long. Have for a few days by covering paint with Saran wrap type of thin plastic. Gently placing the plastic film on top of paint sealing it from air. Do the same for joint compound for weeks, longer with a little water on top of plastic which I'd do for latex paint if needed.
No there is not a lid.
No way to cover the paint in this pail.
