AnswerThis fixture installs to a junction box the excat same way any light fixture does. There is no special wiring. There is a white wire, a black wire and a green grounding wire. Should install and wire up the exact same way as the one you are replacing assuming you are mounting it to a standard electrical junction box.

I purchased this 8 light vanity bar to replace a twenty year old bar light. Simple to install. Pull metal collars off each socket so you can remove the back panel to mount. Keyhole slots on back panel slide over screws included, attached with drywall screws included. Reattach face plate, bulb collars and screw in bulbs. Done.

Yes, it's inexpensive and not a fancy vanity light; but it looks great. It works. It's shiny and new. We didn't need fancy. We needed a new chrome light bar. It doesn't compete with the décor. It is subtle and fades away.

total garbage. rusted in 1.5 years
I bought a lot of these lights because I renovate properties. They look fine and are cheap. But now that I go back to visit the properties they all rushed through in about a year or two years. Their chrome plating must be extremely thin these are garbage. In the moist environment of the bathroom they rusted look like garbage in a very short period time. do not buy this product. Home depot should no longer be carrying it
