Are these just open trays? No cover?
They do have a cover however, the sides are open. You can see the roaches inside. Nothing to freak out over though.

I have the larger sewer roaches. Will this product work?

I don't know what sewer roaches are, but it catches palmetto bugs which are big!
The Harris Roach Traps absolutely will! You may want to consider using The Home Pest Control Roach Killer (Spray) or the Harris Roach Powder in addition to the traps. Either of these products are recommended if you are dealing with an infestation. Roaches multiply quickly. Thank you.

Yes. The lure is not formulated specifically to attract earwigs however it may very well trap them as the sticky board does effectively trap many types of crawling insects. Thank you.
