I took mine back to the store. They let me either get a refund or try another one. I did the latter. I could open the new one (tried it in store). But when I got home, my wife with her arthritic fingers could not. Tried a couple of suggestions: used graphite spray....not much help. Then carefully filed a little on the rounded catch-nub under the lid. This seems to have solved the problem for me and my wife. Just don't file off too much. Try a little at a time. I myself could not get it open the morning after I brought it home without prying it open with a screwdriver, so thought I would try those things first. I think the filing of the nub was the key.
Yes
Very strong. I've used two for 3 or 4 years each, and they have never come loose or dropped off. The problem is getting them open so you can get the key out. Plan on using a knife blade cause your fingers won't work!
Well under a back, outer fender
The area where the cut keys.

Thank you for your interest in Hillman products! At this time, this is the longest magnetic key box that we distribute.
No clue, maybe measure your key and look at the specs of the box?
Hi and thank you for your inquiry. We apologize we do not recommend this item holding a key fob.
