where do I get refill material for the drywall texture touch up sprayer kit?

The Homax kit takes care of 15 square fit and I need to do about 3 times that much; does Home Depot carry refill product for this kit?

Can this be used to cover cracks in the ceiling or does the old ceiling texture need to be removed before using this?

If the drywall is physically damaged, you should remove the old texture and repair the crack with https://www.homedepot.com/p/Saint-Gobain-ADFORS-Standard-1-7-8-in-x-150-ft-Yellow-Self-Adhesive-Mesh-Drywall-Joint-Tape-FDW6415-U-FDW6415-U/100401006 and a good quality joint compound. The mesh will strengthen the crack almost to the point of being original strength. No one seems to offer joint compound in small quantities, I recommend buying powdered, mix up what you need and you can save the dry compound for years and it will still be usable. Resealing the premixed compound is time consuming and if the next time you go to use if, it has black streaks, (mold) throw it away, it is better to be safe than sorry.

I have a waterstain on my popcorn ceiling, what is he best way to fix that

Kiltz complete spray primer gave me awesome result. However I recently painted ceiling before water stain which would not show recent touch up by kiltz primer. If your ceilings are many years old may have aging color which might have different tint from fresh primer stain blocker.
