How do I remove the light bulb
Hello, there is no light bulb used in the fan. This fan uses a LED module. You must 1st twist the glass/plastic lens off then you will see 3 screws that hold the module in place. Remove those and the module will then drop down. Disconnect the 2 wires and then you can add the new module in. Please call 877-262-7511 and they will be able to send you the replacement module. Mention the name of your fan and size to ensure the right module is ordered. THX
I'm replacing an old fan that had an in wall control. I have an ground / black / white /red wire going from the wall box - should I just pigtail the incoming (from the house) black wire to the red wire going to the fan or can I use a regular switch.
Hello, do not use the red wire. Just use the black and white wire that is on the side of the receiver on the side with 2 wires and the blue/black/white on the side with the 3 wires goes to the fan. THX
