A: This is a defective remote control receiver. Email service@summer-wind.info with name, address and request. A replacement receiver will fix this issue.
A: It is either the motor or the remote control receiver. I recommend requesting both as a replacement. Replace the receiver first and if still the same symptom replace the motor.
