Husky is Home Depot's house brand. They have different manufactures for individual items they sale. Since this is a house brand, I doubt you can purchase the individual drawers. I would like to have know the reason for the need fox extra drawer, may have been able to provide a suggestion. This Husky 28-Drawer Parts Organizer is a great buy for a work shop or hobby room. I have previously purchase this item, and it has been a great parts organizer.
Nail boxes
Yes they can. The compartments are definitely larger than they appear on here. There are three different sizes to the drawers to accommodate different items.
I took a box of nails and place them in the drawer. The answer to your questions is yes a box of nails will fit into the two sets of bottom drawers.

I drive a plumbing truck with the utility bed and need something to organize all of my screws instead of having a bunch of canisters all stacked up in one of the cabinet.
It is made of plastic, but may work if you secure it down. I have mine in my garage on a work table and it is sturdy after securing it down.
Mine is used on a stationary work bench. Not sure how it would hold up on a moving vehicle. You may have to take an extra step to keep it from tipping over.
I don’t believe the drawers would stay in place in a truck utility box.
If by secure you mean will stuff fall out of it? The answer is most likely. While the individual drawers have a stop on them to keep them from sliding all the way out, the only cover is a clear lift cover that doesn't lock in place. This is great for our garage cabinet but I wouldn't think it would work very well in a truck.
Yes, it should be as long as you secure it with thicker diameter screws. All the bins are on there own little tracks. Keeps it pretty contained.

They have mounting holes on the back to be firmly mounted to a wall. But nothing making them stackable. I imagine you could just line them up im a row and mount them in uniform...
No, there are no grooves or channels to firmly stack this organizer... You could consider using some type of adhesive to make the attachments.
No . They only have holes so they can be mounted to the wall.
The bottom has 4 round feet, which would allow you to set one unit on top of another, however, there is no locking system to do so securely. Also, once the unit is full of hardware it is very heavy.
Drawer slides on shelf - hook on top to keep from pulling out (angle to remove) - to stack organizers there is not interlocking mechanisms built to shell of organizer. I have mine on pegboard and could easily place another on top (stack) with peg board connections to keep solid/steady. Can easily attach to pegboard or even wall if you desire.

All bins are same depth (5 7/8") & height (2 1/4"). The large bins are 4", the medium are 2 1/4" & the small are 1 3/4" wide.
There are three drawer sizes, largest two on the bottom, then the medium drawers on the two shelves above the large, & then the small @ the top. All the bins are the same depth (5 7/8") and height (2 1/4"). What varies is the width. The inside dimensions of the large bins are 4", the medium bins are 2 1/4", & the small bins are 1 3/4" wide.
