If you don’t own an offset screwdriver set, this is a great addition to your tool box. Want to tighten screws on a drapery rod, in a cramped space, etc., you need an offset screwdriver. This two pack from Husky features a lifetime warranty. It includes two pieces:
• 3/16” slotted and #1 Phillips
• 1/4" slotted and #2 Phillips
This set features heat treated steel and nickel plating. The tips are machined well for excellent contact with screws. There are two knurled areas on the shaft to improve grip.
The pictures on the Home Depot listing are not accurate. One of the pictures shows Phillips on both ends. Instead this set has Phillips on one end and slotted on the other.
Considering the low price and the outstanding warranty, you should not pass up purchasing this set.

This 2-piece offset screwdriver set is handy to have in your toolbox, for Philips or flathead screws that are located in tight places. The screwdrivers, two Phillips sizes, P1 and P2, and two flathead sizes, 3/16” and 1/4” can fit into a space less than one inch from a wall or other confinement. The arm of each driver is knurled for a good grip even when wet or oily. The blades are plated for corrosion resistance. “Guaranteed forever” says the package “we’ll replace it free if it fails” — that’s impressive. This is a handy pair of offset screwdrivers.

I could have used a offset screwdriver each time this door knob was installed in a door (this was the 3rd door it had been installed in). A straight screwdriver managed to mess up the head of the screws to that I just about couldn't get them out. It was a lot of work getting the screws out far enough to get a pair of locking pliers on to the head of the screw to remove it.
These are a great asset to add to my screwdriver collection.

The set includes two offset screwdrivers, each with a Phillips head on one end and a standard screwdriver head on the other. Both tools are 4-1/2-inches in length and ultra low-profile at only 1-inch. A set of offset screwdrivers is one of those essential tools everyone should have in their toolbox, to reach screws in tight places where a longer handled screwdriver won’t fit. I like to work on my car, and an offset screwdriver comes in handy to loosen/tighten the vent screws on the dashboards where the angled windshield doesn’t allow for a longer handle screwdriver. The heads of one offset driver are slightly larger than the other. Between the two sizes, you can usually find one to meet the need. Each offset driver has a gnurled grip to make it easier to grip and to avoid slippage during use. The grip could have been extended to cover more of the tool, but it works if your fingers are far enough back on the tool. I like that this offset screwdriver set is backed by a lifetime replacement warranty, and that I can simply return it to The Home Depot for a replacement.
